How Trump is challenging the media to redefine its role

Before becoming president, Trump was famous for answering his own phone; back in the 1970s, '80s and '90s, he even posed at times as his own publicist. For each of his aforementioned missteps in the past week, Trump has had to make amends because the media has been justified in their interpretations of his half-baked remarks.

Well, that's not good, considering Americans, from both parties, don't have such high regard for the country's political state. He doesn't seem to like to have to answer hard questions, but it seems there are more questions than ever. Instead, he is advocating that you put your trust in him directly. New subscriptions were up 75 percent over the year before, and the company announced plans to hire 60 more reporters. One thought that media would reconcile itself to President Donald Trump when he was elected as US President.

Priebus stood by Trump's comments, and complained about the way certain events from the past week had been covered by the media.

But now he is officially expanding his list of enemies to include basically every major non-conservative news source.

One First Amendment expert disagrees, and says that Trump's words are a threat to the American way. While a denial out of the White House is not surprising, the Mexican Government also backed up the President in noting the assertions were false.

Two things are happening.

SpaceX successfully launches on voyage to International Space Station
NASA started modifying the launchpad in 1975 for the space shuttle program. The first shuttle launch from 39A was Columbia in 1981. Restore-L is slated for launch in the 2020s, but before it can spruce up other aging sats, it needs to know what they look like.

The mainstream media does appear to be more concerned with being first than being right, which seems to be occurring more as outlets shift away from print.

"Sit down", the president told the reporter.

It has continued on Twitter, as Trump has taken turns blaming the media for their coverage of his administration, a Democratic senator for "misrepresenting what [Supreme Court nominee] Judge Gorsuch told him", and the department store Nordstrom for treating his daughter "unfairly".

Miller would eventually admit he was wrong, as it was later found the bust hadn't been moved. He has embarrassed the Madison Avenue execs who were holding all of Hillary's markers and fully expecting, as part of that agreement, to move their studios into the White House after the big victory they'd promised to deliver. Trump must not give the media a blank canvas; he must be as explicit as possible, which requires foresight and planning. "No other president would have described the media as "the enemy of the people", tweeted David Axelrod, a former adviser to President Barack Obama.

To defend his judgments of "bad" news reporting with statements meant to show his omnipotence is a testament to his arrogance and to the warped reality he inhabits - one in which he has the power and intelligence to control everything and be eternally right. Zeke Miller's quick story and subsequent retraction is the rule, not the exception. Trump has repeatedly called the terrorists, Islamic terrorists, however, they do not represent all Islamic people. But it's different from saying that we are an enemy of the American people. The only real question is if he's a man or a humanoid projection.

"I am not a great fan of [Trump's] daily tweets", said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell late last week.
