Washington's Oubre suspended for key playoff game

They finished off the Raptors about an hour before Game 4 between the Celtics and Wizards tipped off in Washington.

Thomas was held to 13 points in Boston's Game 3 loss, after going for 33 and 53 in Games 1 and 2 in Boston, respectively.

The Washington Wizards defeated the Boston Celtics, 121-102, in Game 4 of the East Semifinals at the Verizon Center in Washington.

Washington took control of Thursday's 116-89 rout with a 22-0 run in the first quarter.

Time to panic? For some, maybe, but definitely not the player who has Washington's basketball franchise within two victories of its first conference finals appearance since 1979. The margin reached 12, but Wall roared from there with all 14 of his first-half points coming in the second quarter. Yet it was their tone-setting start that turned the game.

"I'm not sure where that narrative starts", Boston coach Brad Stevens said. "I looked at those plays, I looked at them with the referees, consulted with the replay center, looked at a bunch of different angles". They could try Kelly Olynyk to help space the floor and perhaps agitate the Wizards with some of his screens. "If you do that, that should be automatic". You interview everybody. It's really quite a process that we go through.

Thomas was right. Foul shots weren't the reason why the Celtics lost.

Isiah Thomas led the losing squad with 19 points.

I believe they get it now. "We can't respond that way". And I don't shoot one free throw.

Immigrants plan May Day rallies buoyed by Trump opposition
Not since a May Day march in 2006 protested an anti-immigrant bill have all the May 1 marches ended in one place, Cabrera said . But it takes time for many of those arrested to make their way through the deportation process, immigration lawyers say.

"They played harder than us, and things were going their way", said Boston's Terry Rozier.

What the Wizards did to Thomas was two-fold. Morris then recovered it, threw an outlet pass to Wall, and the All-Star took care of the rest, accelerating to the basket and finishing while drawing a foul. "Especially with Isaiah guarding me, or whoever is guarding me trying to attack that side".

They needed a "come to Jesus moment" to finally look themselves in the collective mirror and challenge themselves to get back to the defensive fundamentals that carried them through their historic run from December through February.

"We're the better team and we feel like we've been the better team".

Even though the worst case is that the Celtics maintain home court in a three game series, taking that route is putting the Wizards in the driver's seat, particularly after how much of a blowout game three was.

"We just have to corral him", said Wizards forward Markieff Morris. "But the only they did was take care of business at home, like we did".

Washington will be without Oubre, who averaged 6.3 points and 20.3 minutes in the regular season. Instead, it simply a matter of looking at Oubre's actions in the moment and determining the correct course of action. I play the same way each and every night, so I mean, that has to change. The Cavs were 16 for 41 from 3-point range.

"Listen, these guys, both teams, they're playing their hearts out". When the Wizards have just done what they're supposed to, they have owned the Celtics.
