Selena Gomez Kidney Transplant: Francia Raisa Shows Off Abs After Surgery

Francia Raisa Shows Her Scars for the First Time Since Donating a Kidney to Selena Gomez

"Happy to be back", she captioned a clip of herself lifting weights, dressed in a black baseball cap, workout pants, and a sports bra that revealed two tiny post-op scars on her midriff.

'There aren't words to describe how I can possibly thank my lovely friend, ' Gomez wrote on Instagram September 14 in a post revealing the surgical procedure.

Gomez, 24, revealed earlier this month that Raisa had donated a kidney to her over the summer due to her lupus. The pop star shared the news of the surgery by posting a picture of herself and Raisa smiling and holding hands in side-by-side hospital beds.

Selena Gomez has since posted a thank you to her friend online, which shows the pair recovering after the surgery.

Francia Raisa is showing off her guns - and her scars - in a recent Instagram post.

"There aren't words to describe how I can possibly thank my handsome friend", Gomez wrote. I am incredibly blessed.

Democrats to study every option to halt Obamacare repeal bill
The budget reconciliation tool Republicans are using to prevent a filibuster from Democrats expires at the end of the month. It replaces all of these provisions with a block grant that is smaller than the total amount of the money it takes away.

The Bad Liar beauty, 25, wore a khaki trench coat over a white T-shirt and blue jeans with white shoes, with her dark locks partially pulled back, looking nice as she regains her health after undergoing a kidney transplant this past summer.

Francia returned the love stating that she was "beyond grateful that God would trust [her] with something that not only saved a life, but changed [hers] in the process". For more information regarding Lupus, please go to the Lupus Research Alliance website: "www.lupusresearch.org - Love you sis, so glad we're on this journey together".

'This was part of our story, and we will share it soon, but what is important now is that this is not the only story.

Now, if she could kindly tell us all where she gets her motivation from we'd all really appreciate it. Gomez first confirmed she has the condition in 2015.

Another responded with, "I am proud of you Francia Raisa".
